As we were informed, some of our players experience with blank screen while launching our game.
The reasons of this issue may be related with the browser, Unity Web Player or general settings of the computer.
So we prepared a check-list to solve blank screen issue on Pool Elite:
- Installing Unity Web Player
Our game is running with Unity Web Player. Therefore at first login, you will be ask to install Unity Web Player. After you install Unity Web Player, your browser will be refreshed automatically.
You can also download the Unity Web Player from its website: http://unity3d.com/webplayer
- Chrome Block Issue
Chrome browser may block Unity Web Player, the block notification appears on upper right on your search bar. Please allow Unity Web Player to launch Pool Elite.
- Update the Browser
If you are using old versions of the browsers, you may have problems while surfing on internet or playing games.
- Clearing the Cookies/Cache

- No Ad Blocker
Ad Blocker tools may harm your computer and gaming experience. Therefore we suggest you not to use Ad Blocker while playing browser games.
- Check the Unity Plugin
Your Unity plugin may be disabled and you need to enable Unity Player to be able to launch the game.
- Clean Your Computer Against Viruses
You may have a virus in your computer, it is suggested to use antivirus program.
